This is a simple fullscreen warning for users with disabled Javascript and users of old Internet Explorer.
It’s very lightweight and only uses Css and Javacript to work, it has warnings messages in English, Spanish, German, French and Italian.
Since this is a fullscreen warning I decided not to warn browser upgrades for browser different from Internet Explorer, because people usually have their reason not to upgrade Firefox for example, they are much more aware of browser upgrades with the automatic updates.
Tested on IE6+, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. Download source code or try the demo with IE6-7 or with Javascript disabled.
